Social Enterprise & Impact Business

Roughly 15% of IMACON's portfolio is dedicated to social enterprises and impact-driven SMEs — a deliberate cross-pollination zone between development methodology and private-sector strategy. We help nonprofits build sustainable revenue, and help businesses navigate grant-funded ecosystems.

Our social-enterprise practice combines two skill sets that rarely live in the same firm: development-cooperation methodology (OECD-DAC, LFA, RBM) and commercial business strategy (product-market fit, sales channels, financial planning, EBRD-grade business plans). We have led sustainability strategies for international Red Cross social enterprises, OD work for Polish social cooperatives, and EBRD-funded financial strategy for refugee-serving businesses.
