Significant portfolio of UNDP/GEF environmental project evaluations — peatlands, wetlands, energy efficiency, sustainable chemicals — alongside organisational-development work for environmental civil-society networks. Co-author of the Organisational Viability Toolkit for environmental CSOs (REC, Szentendre, 2014).
Our environmental work is grounded in GEF-funded UN evaluations and applied OD for environmental NGOs across the EECA region. The Organisational Viability Toolkit — co-authored by IMACON principals and published by Regional Environmental Center with SIDA support — remains a standard reference for environmental CSO development in the region.
