Few development consultancies have systematic experience with faith-based actors. IMACON has worked with Christian (Catholic, Orthodox, Lutheran, Protestant), Jewish, and Muslim organisations across two decades — a niche cross-cultural capability built on the managing partner's past role coordinating WCC regional programmes.
Faith-based organisations have distinctive governance, stakeholder relationships, and theory-of-change logic that generic consultancies often miss. Our work covers OD diagnostics, strategic planning, project design, and evaluation — adapting OECD-DAC methodology to contexts where faith communities are both implementers and beneficiaries.
