Civil Society
Civil society is the longest-running thread in IMACON's portfolio — capacity building, organisational development, project planning and evaluation across CSO networks since 2010, with deep methodological foundations published in our books.
Our civil-society work spans capacity-building programmes for grassroots NGOs, mid-term and final evaluations of donor-funded civil-society initiatives, mapping studies of CSO landscapes, and strategic-planning facilitation for networks and umbrella organisations. We are unusual in the field for combining methodological rigour (OECD-DAC evaluation, RBM, LFA) with grounded sectoral knowledge built over twenty years.
