Twenty-plus years of evaluation and capacity-building work in adult education and lifelong learning — predominantly through the long-running partnership with DVV International across Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Central Asia, Cambodia, and Tajikistan.
Our adult-education practice draws on academic backing (Master of Evaluation from CEval / Saarland University) and twenty years of trainer-of-trainers experience. We design and evaluate ALE (Adult Learning and Education) programmes funded by BMZ, EU, USAID and bilateral aid programmes — including specialised work on digitalization in ALE for Cambodia, Tajikistan, and Palestine.
